Job Summary:
- Test Planning & Execution:
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components.
- Automation:
- Implement and manage automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Copado, or similar to enhance testing efficiency.
- Integration Testing:
- Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
- Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce applications.
- Proficiency in testing Salesforce components, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and workflows.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of data migration testing within Salesforce.
