Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Service Cloud solutions. Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred. Immediate to 1-month joining is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud (Cases, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrations).
Develop Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support deployment activities, testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing enhancements.
Requirements:
3–5 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer certification preferred.
Experience in the e-commerce domain is a strong plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work 1–2 days/week at the client site in Powai, remaining days from Borivali.
Immediate to 1-month joining preferred.
