Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 7+ years of expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. This role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in custom application development, integrations, and DevOps. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce security models while driving technical excellence and innovation.

Candidates must hold Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Developer certifications and have experience working in Agile environments. Additional expertise in Managed Packages, AppExchange solutions, and middleware tools like MuleSoft is a plus.

Job Responsibility

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation.

3. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with deep knowledge of their configurations, automation, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components, with hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance solutions.

5. Experience in custom application development on Salesforce, including Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.

6. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governor limits.

7. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs; knowledge of middleware tools like MuleSoft is a plus.

8. Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as GitHub, Copado, Jenkins, and VS Code.

9. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and release management.

10. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to optimize code and troubleshoot performance issues.

11. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira for sprint planning and task tracking.

12. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

13. Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Developer certifications required.

14. Experience with Managed Packages and AppExchange solutions is a plus
