Overview
Job Title: Salesforce technical lead consultant | Location: Hyderabad or Chennai
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months to 1 year (extendable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (PROS), FSL, and more
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes using tools like GitHub and Copado
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Champion best practices in Salesforce development and agile methodologies
Qualifications:
- 9–10 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 7 years on the Salesforce platform
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and coding standards
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
- Familiarity with agile development tools and practices
- Salesforce Certified Developer or Architect preferred
- Knowledge of compliance and security in enterprise Salesforce implementations
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
