Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
A Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) plays a crucial role in managing and delivering Salesforce projects and brings extensive Salesforce knowledge.
Years of experience needed
Overall, 10-12 years of experience on Project Management
Minimum of 6 years of experience working on Salesforce CRM projects
Skills
Sales, Service, Financial Service, Health & Experience Clouds.
Working experience with LWC, Apex, Lightning and Salesforce development and deployment tools.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities
Develop Project Plan: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and communication.
Manage Expectations: Set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed.
Monitor Progress: Track project progress against the plan, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants if external expertise is required.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, and configurations.
Adaptation: Adapt project plans and strategies based on changes in scope or new information.
Support: Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or questions that arise after the project goes live.
Governance: Implement governance practices to ensure the project aligns with organizational policies and Salesforce best practices.
Work with Talent Acquisition team for fulfilment of the positions.
Responsible for onboarding the resources on customer systems and environments.
In essence, a Salesforce Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning and execution to delivery and support, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
