QA Lead + Automation testing + Salesforce testing projects Test Lead JD
- Test Lead with 8+ years of experience and able to lead & mentor a 3-5 member QA team
- Good with forming test strategy, building test cases, scenarios and able to strategize and perform Functional and Automation testing.
- Have worked in multiple test automation suites and tools (UI based Testing and API based testing)
- Experience in documentation including testing and test plan creation.
- Exposure to SFDC is an added advantage
- Should be able to understand the Customer’s implicit and explicit requirements and manage the defect free testing
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
