Job Title : SAP Cloud ALM for Operations & Transformation Consultant

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Summary:

• SAP Cloud ALM for Operations & Transformation Consultant is responsible for building the operational aspects of SAP Cloud ALM and lead customers through the successful adoption and transformation of SAP Cloud ALM.
• This role is to configure system health, performance monitoring, integration tracking, business process monitoring etc. on SAP Cloud ALM based on Cloud and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• The consultant works closely with technical and functional teams to provide visibility, automation, and actionable insights into the operational lifecycle of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, especially Operations features
• Guide customers in the adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for operations.
• Conduct readiness assessments, roadmap planning, and enablement sessions for customers transitioning from on-premises ALM tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager) to SAP Cloud ALM.
• Collaborate with SAP project teams, BASIS, and functional/technical teams to ensure ALM best practices are embedded into project delivery.
• Provide expertise in DevOps, agile project methodologies, and continuous delivery practices using SAP Cloud ALM.
• Lead customer workshops, presentations, and training sessions on Cloud ALM capabilities.
• Required experience and well understanding of APIs, integration architecture, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Experience in monitoring tools, integration monitoring, and event-based alerting in SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience in SAP Cloud ALM Transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in SAP ALM environments, preferably with hands-on SAP Cloud ALM Transformation projects
• Completion of the "SAP Cloud ALM Transformation Consultant Training" and Certifications.
