Role : SAP HCM Technical Integrations
Responsibilities :
We are seeking a SAP Payroll Technical Manager/Lead to join SAP HCM Professional Services Americas team with over 7 + years of experience in implementing, supporting, and continuously improving SAP HCM solutions, with a specialization in SuccessFactors.
- Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other Functional consultants
- Develop, document, and deliver solutions with utmost quality adhering to our best practices
- Actively participate in entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations like design, estimation, development, documentation, testing and take ownership wherever required
- Configuration knowledge/consulting skills for SAP payroll
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR Ops, IT, and Client to deliver scalable, business-aligned payroll solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, configuration, and compliance, as well as the ability to lead and support payroll optimization initiatives. It is a critical position within the payroll function, requiring a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with SAP HCM data uploads using LSMW or BDC.
- Minimum 5+ years in SAP and Payroll
- Knowledge with BSI TaxFactory, and preparation of year-end tax forms.
- Experience with integration of ECP with other SAP modules.
- Work with the business to understand their needs and coach them on the appropriate solutions (capability consultant), while at the same time, work with technical support team to drive them to an efficient technical solution design
- Willing to work in US Hours Shift
Education Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
