About the role

As an SAP Authorization Specialist, you will be working in a team responsible for security authorization and governance on a large and diverse landscape of SAP systems

Your main responsibilities include:

Design development operation and governance of SAP security and authorizations

Develop standard operation procedures and guidelines

Act as a central point of contact for topics related to SAP security and authorizations

Evaluate business requirements and suggest solutions how to implement them

Develop access and authorizations within a release and change management framework

Develop and maintain access products to ensure compliance efficient and timely provisioning of access throughout the SAP landscape

Monitor track and resolve incidents related to SAP security and authorizations

Providing extended support during upgrade go live and hypercare periods

Evaluate risk and implement controls to harden the security of the SAP system landscape

Assist Business and IT during audit reviews

The main responsibilities of the team are

Develop and maintain ABAP based access and authorizations

Develop and maintain BW based access and authorizations Analysis Authorizations

Develop and maintain Fiori access and authorizations Catalog and Groups

Develop and maintain HANA based access and privileges

Develop and maintain JAVA based access and authorizations

Develop and maintain BPC based access and authorizations Business Planning and Consolidation

Develop and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Analysis based access and authorizations

Develop and maintain Solution Manager based access and authorizations

Develop and maintain SAP ChaRM based access and authorizations

Maintain users and roles in an SAP Central User Administration system

Evaluate establish and maintain Cybersecurity controls on SAP platforms

Advice and support business on their Segregation of Duties controls framework

Utilize ServiceNow as a Change Incident Task and Access Request tool

Very good knowledge and experience in overall Security concepts

Strong analytical skills

Motivated to learn and explore new technologies

Self-motivated proactive creative and passionate about SAP security

Friendly service-oriented personality with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Fluent in English in written and spoken
