As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.
To be successful as a Scrum Master - VP you should have experience with:
- Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile frameworks, experience with iterative development, and operates with an Agile mind-set to promote collaboration, and continuous improvement and stay flexible to achieve high-performing results.
- Tools and Technology Proficiency: Experience with Agile project management tools – Confluence & JIRA; and the ability to configure and leverage these tools to support program execution.
- Communications and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience building strong collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Experience facilitating retrospectives, driving process improvements, waste reduction and fostering a culture of continuous learning and Agile maturity.
- Facilitation and Coaching: Strong facilitation skills to run effective Agile ceremonies, ability to coach teams to improve their processes, and guide them toward greater efficiency and performance.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Critical thinking, mediation skills, and the ability to proactively identify problems, remove blockers and facilitate collaborative solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing expectations, prioritizing work based on stakeholder feedback, and facilitating effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, changing requirements, and varying team dynamics while maintaining focus on delivering value.
- Time Management & Prioritisation: Strong organizational and time management skills, experience in prioritizing backlog items, and helping teams stay focused on high-priority work.
- Metrics and Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools and experience with metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability.
- SAFe Agile certification is preferred.
- Scrum Master Certification
- BFSI experience is an added advantage

This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
- Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
- Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
- Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
- Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
- Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
- To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures..
