Scrum Master
Hybrid Role in Hyderabad

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our success.


What you will do:

We’re hiring a Scrum Master to guide one of our Agile teams through the delivery of high-impact, high-quality software. In this role, you’ll serve as coach, facilitator, and servant leader—helping the team adopt Agile principles, remove blockers, and deliver consistent value.

• Support 1–2 Agile teams in applying SAFe Scrum practices
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning,
• Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog items
• Track team progress using Jira or similar tools
• Identify and remove impediments, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Promote team collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Protect the team from distractions and help ensure sprint goals are met
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 1–4 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
• Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to lead without formal authority
• Agile certification: CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM preferred
