Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team and support the adoption and execution of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote collaboration across teams, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices within a SAFe environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them in Agile practices and SAFe principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions.
- Remove impediments and foster a continuous improvement culture within teams.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align teams with business goals.
- Ensure transparency in team progress using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other SAFe-supported platforms.
- Support teams in identifying dependencies, risks, and challenges, and proactively manage their resolution.
- Advocate Agile values and promote a servant leadership mindset within the teams and organization.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, helping them improve velocity, predictability, and efficiency.
- Work with leadership to ensure continuous delivery, lean portfolio management, and agile transformation goals are met.
- Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and psychological safety for team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 13-18 years of IT experience working with software development, release, and build engineering team
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a SAFe environment.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified SAFe Practitioner certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product owners, and leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile coaching, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives is a plus.
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or other Agile certifications.
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile Release Train (ART) execution.
- Background in software development, product management, or business analysis.
