- Communicating technical information clearly and concisely.
- Preparing technical reports and presentations.
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of electrical device technical characteristics and their mapping across different units.
- Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., waterfall, scrum).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong work ethics, high self-motivation, and communication skills.
