Scrum Master (1-3 Years Experience)Location: Trivandrum ,kerala | Employment Type: Full-Time
We are hiring a Scrum Master with 1-3 years of experience to drive Agile processes, manage projects, and take on Business Analyst, SME, and Product Owner responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Gather and document business requirements and align with development teams.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and set acceptance criteria.
- Remove roadblocks, improve team efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in Scrum, Agile project management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and backlog management.
- Experience with JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good to have: Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM), SaaS/e-commerce experience.
- Candidates from Kerala are strongly encouraged to apply
