About this opportunity:
We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
What you will do:
We are now looking for Scrum Master in delivery team. This job role is responsible for below:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
The skills you bring:
- Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner
- Knowledge of Scrum framework
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Scaled and distributed Scrum
- Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT projects
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- At least 1 year of experience in development team management
- Experience in large projects including offshore.
- Experience with Test Driven Development,
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development.
- DevOps experience
- Unit testing and other Agile technics
- Trouble ticketing and Event Management experience
- Automation processes
- Cloud management and deployment
