We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

In This Role, You Will

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Teams, should be able to work on vulnerability management, identity & access management, Compliance and Automation initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Owner and Architects to ensure backlog items align with requirements and also follow cybersecurity controls
• Promote a culture of security-first thinking within the Agile team and across dependent tech Teams.
• Support technical Teams working on APIs, microservices, integrations, data platforms, backend components, SRE/DevOps enablement, and cloud-native services.
• Drive sprint planning with a focus on technical feasibility, dependencies, architecture alignment, and environment readiness.
• Remove impediments related to development environments, CI/CD pipelines, integration blockers, cloud provisioning, or cross-team technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to improve workflows around code reviews, branching, deployments, observability, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction.
• Track and reporting engineering metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, defect leakage, deployment frequency, and release readiness.
• Ensure teams follow engineering best practices (CI/CD, coding standards, API versioning, logging/monitoring, documentation).
• Enable high-quality delivery through coordination of integration testing, performance testing, and release planning.
• Foster continuous improvement in engineering processes, team collaboration, and Agile maturity.
• Act as a communication bridge between engineering teams, product teams, DevOps, QA, platform teams, and business stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of transparency, predictability, and accountability within the engineering Teams.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2+ years in cybersecurity or banking/financial services projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as IAM, SIEM, SOC operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, cloud security, or data protection.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow Operations
• Ability to manage cross-functional cybersecurity stakeholders and coordinate across infra, cloud, and risk teams.
• Strong communication, conflict management, and facilitation skills suitable for high-stakes banking environments.
• Experience handling compliance-driven delivery timelines and security incident support.
• Certifications preferred: CSM/PSM, SAFe, plus any security certifications like Security+, CEH, CISSP (basic understanding suffices).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, secure coding practices, DevSecOps pipelines, and CI/CD security gates (preferred).
• Ability to balance Agile flexibility with the rigid security & compliance requirements of the banking ecosystem.
