Key responsibilities:
1 - Facilitate daily standup meetings to track updates, progress, and impediments.
2 - Assist teams with sprint planning to estimate work and prevent scope creep.
3 - Lead sprint reviews, capture stakeholder feedback, and highlight improvements.
4 - Facilitate retrospectives to identify actionable steps for continuous improvement.
5 - Act as a servant leader by removing obstacles and supporting team collaboration.
6 - Manage Scrum boards and ensure tools like Jira are up to date.
7 - Track and analyze metrics such as burndown charts to monitor progress.
8 - Resolve blockers and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
