Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing, cross-functional teams. As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team through Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster an environment that promotes collaboration, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of valuable products.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing, cross-functional teams. As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team through Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster an environment that promotes collaboration, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of valuable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to promote self-organization and accountability.
- Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog and ensure the team understands the product vision and goals.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration within the team and across stakeholders.
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support Agile maturity across the organization.
- Help manage team dynamics, conflict resolution, and protect the team from outside distractions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
- Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams.
