Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing, cross-functional teams. As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team through Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster an environment that promotes collaboration, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of valuable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to promote self-organization and accountability.
• Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog and ensure the team understands the product vision and goals.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration within the team and across stakeholders.
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support Agile maturity across the organization.
• Help manage team dynamics, conflict resolution, and protect the team from outside distractions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
• Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams.
