- Coach the team members on Agile and Scrum Principles and ensure adherence
- Be a change agent and support high-performing teams by improved collaboration
- Facilitate the backlog refinement process and collaboratively work with the Product and Engineering
- Maintain metrics, proactively monitor performance and progress each sprint
