Your responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master, you ensure adherence to agile values, principles, and Scrum rules within the teams.
• You know how to motivate teams towards self-organization and foster a sense of ownership.
• You advocate for transparency in sprint progress and actively participate in planning.
• You are responsible for preparing and facilitating Scrum events (Daily, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning) and support the team in continuously improving.
• You facilitate transparent communication within the Scrum team as well as with stakeholders.
• You help remove obstacles.
• You also organize team events.
• You write and publish articles on important events in the intranet.

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree, comparable training, or several years of professional experience in the software development/IT field.
• You have already gained experience in introducing agile values and methods in teams.
• You have an understanding of agile workflows in software development projects.
• You are team-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• You possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, combined with an agile and results-oriented mindset.
• You have strong conflict resolution skills.
• You complement our team with good English skills, both written and spoken.
