Scrum Master/Project Manager

Overview

EXPERIENCE: 6 to 12 years

What We’re Looking For:
Strong expertise in Project Estimation to ensure accurate and realistic project plans.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Proficiency in MS Project for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules.
In-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Oversee project estimation processes and provide guidance to Scrum teams.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
Ensure compliance with domain requirements and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
