Scrum Master/Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

● Facilitate Agile Processes – Lead sprint planning, daily standups (DSMs),

sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

● Manage JIRA Workflows – Configure boards, create epics, user stories, track

progress, and generate reports.

● Sprint Execution & Monitoring – Ensure sprint goals are met, remove

impediments, and optimize team velocity.

● Reporting & Dashboards – Set up and maintain Agile reports (burndown

charts, velocity tracking, sprint progress, etc.).

● Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with developers, QA teams, product

owners, and leadership to align priorities.

● Agile Best Practices – Implement industry best practices for continuous

improvement and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

● 1-3 years of experience in Agile project management and software delivery.

● Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification

preferred.

● Strong expertise in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or any equivalent Agile tool.

● Hands-on experience with creating epics, user stories, ticket workflows, and

reports.

● Deep understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.

● Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to resolve project blockers.

● Ability to manage multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

● Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical

concepts to non-technical team members.

● A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and

motivate your team to achieve project goals.

● Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for innovation and

technology.

● A proven ability to lead by example, foster a positive work environment,

and drive continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
