Job Title: Scrum Master- RPA\Tableau\ Analytics

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Your scope of work / key responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standup and other scrum related meetings with Operations team and business partners
- Identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks, with particular emphasis on timely removal of impediments for the team and/or directing obstacles to appropriate owners for quick resolution
- Work closely with operations manager on work request, prioritization and strategic operations initiative including delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and support the execution/implementation of operation initiative including milestone status reporting, metrics reporting.
- Establish high level project/initiative/JIRA task visibility and transparency via agile metrics, collaborative tools and best practices
- Ensure JIRA tickets conformity is taking place among all the operation team members
- Coordinate with operation team to update content on internal tool (IIRA, Confluence) to ensure accurate and up to date information and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to release management being followed for all RPA production deployment
- Help with regular operations audit to ensure we are compliant with operations standard, procedure and practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Scrum Master with experience 8-12 years, driving the scrum processes and helping the team to focus on daily sprint goals
- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Engineering professional
- 3+ years of scrum master experience in delivering data products/solutions
- Familiarity with RPA tools and processes, Tableau, Data virtualization tools
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills including ability to effectively address issues.
- Good experience with usage of tools like confluence, Jira and Miro
- Familiarity working in Agile and Scrum environments
- Previous experience with Kanban and exposure to RPA operations is great to have
- Strong communication skills, ability to share information promptly and clearly
