Job Title: SDE II – Full Stack Developer

Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office Only – Non-Negotiable)

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SDE II – Full Stack Developer who can independently own features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications. You will work across backend, frontend, DevOps, and product integration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality full-stack applications using modern technologies.
Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python (Django) and/or Node.js.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React or Vue.js.
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Manage database schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Work with Docker for containerization and deployment workflows.
Assist in CI/CD, cloud deployments, and DevOps tasks (AWS/Kubernetes experience is a plus).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering processes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:

2+ years of experience in startups (TravelTech or EdTech background preferred).
Strong proficiency in:
Python, Django
Node.js
TypeScript
React.js or Vue.js
Database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL)
Docker
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have:

Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building scalable systems, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.

This role is 100% Work From Office (Non-Negotiable) – Bengaluru.
