Qualifications
- Administrative point of contact for all updates, BAUs & changes to Fieldglass application
- Design and test any new features in Fieldglass- Review and investigate integration errors
- Identify and implement process enhancements
- Work with variety of stakeholders to identify system enhancement priorities
- Manage Service Now Tickets- Quarterly Release Management
- Testing
- Providing 24 Hrs support to cover North America,Europe and Asia Market.Work with business analyst to document and manage business and functional requirements.
