The Security Analyst position will join iCIMS global Information Security team and will be responsible for diverse security-related tasks as part of our overall vulnerability management program. This position will recommend security enhancements and upgrades to systems, collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are being followed, and conduct vulnerability assessments to identify security issues and facilitate remediation efforts.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the responsibilities of reviewing vulnerability data from multiple sources (external, internal, pen tests, etc.) across multiple technologies with an ever-changing landscape to assess risk across the organization continuously.
- Focus on improving and automating existing vulnerability management processes to improve the overall lifecycle of vulnerability management.
- Assist in partnering with the business tool and technology teams to troubleshoot, develop, select, implement, and automate appropriate solutions to protect iCIMS subscriber data and systems from external and internal threats.
- Support and resolution for scanning, vulnerability classification, and severity mapping to business contexts.
- Assist in the effective communication (including the establishing and tweaking) of existing processes to provide high-value interactions with business owners for remediation.
- Stay current with vulnerability and threat intelligence as it relates to vulnerabilities and zero-days that could impact iCIMS operations.
- Provide support and lead aspects of the vulnerability management program.
- Assist in ensuring scan results are presented in appropriate dashboards, reports, and other systems of record.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure external findings and vulnerabilities are triaged and remediated effectively by iCIMS.
- Assist the business owners in identifying and troubleshooting inaccurate and false positive results to provide more effective reporting on remediation efforts and level of efforts.
- Moderate AWS, Azure, and GCP knowledge associated with vulnerability management.
- And any other duties as assigned.
- Experience with cloud-based security tools, technologies, and controls (e.g., Amazon AWS, Azure).
- A general understanding of networks, operating systems, cloud operations and associated technologies and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment.
- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments a plus.
