Your Role And Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cyber security services
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
- Act as the primary client interface for service delivery matters
- Lead operational governance forums, service reviews, and steering meetings
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
- Drive service performance reporting and dashboards
- Coordinate across SOC, Engineering, Infra, Cloud, and GRC teams
- Identify service risks and implement mitigation plans
- Support onboarding of new services and transitions
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Support renewals, audits, and service expansion discussions
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong experience in managed cyber security services
- Knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, Cloud Security
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
- Experience managing large, distributed operations teams
