Security Consultant

You Will:

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards for diverse client environments.
• Support IT General Controls (ITGC) audits, internal IT audits, and vendor compliance assessments.
• Contribute to the creation of risk-related deliverables including Risk Assessment Reports, Statement of Applicability (SoA), and Risk Treatment Plans.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as information security policies, procedures, and audit readiness artifacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external auditors to ensure effective project execution and compliance alignment.
• Assist in the delivery of training sessions and awareness programs related to information security and business continuity.

You Have:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in GRC, information security, or compliance roles, preferably in a consulting or IT services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications or diplomas in Information Security will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in implementing ISO 27001:2013/2022 and ISO 22301 standards.
• Familiarity with ITGC audits, internal audits, and third-party/vendor assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client documentation, presentations, and reporting.
• Ability to operate in team-oriented environments with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or CISA are preferred.
• Prior experience in an IT consulting firm or cybersecurity advisory services is highly desirable.
