Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Java programming & Selenium and a passion for exploring new technologies. Individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through automated testing.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Cucumber).
- Design and implement effective test strategies, test cases, and test data to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and identify testing needs.
- Identify and report defects, track bug life cycles, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
- Participate in deployment activities and ensure smooth integration of tested products.
- Conduct comprehensive API testing to validate the functionality and performance of our APIs.
- Perform UI testing to ensure the user interface is intuitive and meets user expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Essential skills: - 3-6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Cucumber).
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of deployment processes and DevOps practices.
- Experience with bug tracking and management tools(e.g., Jira).
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
