The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization and administration of Zoho applications and related IT infrastructure,
especially within the context of insurance technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Zoho Suite Development & Administration

Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Creator, Projects, etc.) using Deluge scripting and built-in tools.

Design and implement custom workflows, automations, functions, and reports.

Manage user roles, access permissions, and security settings across Zoho apps.

Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure optimal usage.

Administer and support core insurance management platforms.

Ensure data integrity, handle data migrations, and manage regular backup processes.

Assist with compliance, regulatory reporting, and documentation related to insurance broking.

Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation scripts.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with system integrations.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and integration flows.

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and system queries.

Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials or user manuals.

Monitor system performance and propose enhancements for improved efficiency and security.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in Zoho development (Deluge scripting, custom functions, API integrations).

Experience administering and supporting insurance or other business management platforms.

Proficient in scripting/programming languages: Deluge, JavaScript, Python.

Strong understanding of API integrations, system security, and data management.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to train users and produce clear documentation.

Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
