Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst with 4-9 years of experience in the Alternative and Private Equity sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, User Story, Requirement gathering & documentation, SDLC, SQL, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of investment strategies within alternative assetsKey Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering, Requirement documentation, BRD, FRD & User Story.Work closely with business and technology to manage the change.Analyse and evaluate alternative investment opportunities, including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate.Collaborate with investment teams to gather data, assess market trends, and develop investment strategies.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing analysis and recommendations.Conduct due diligence for potential investments, including financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investments, providing insights for optimization.Support the development of investment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance decision-making.Engage with external partners and industry experts to gather insights and market intelligence.Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting alternative investments.Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant is preferred.4-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in alternative investments (hedge funds, real property, commodities, and other tangible assets) or private equity.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, BPMN standard and financial analysis software; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
