Senior Advisor, Machine Learning Engineer

You will contribute to feature engineering, experimentation at scale, and model optimization for latency and throughput. You will partner with data scientists and platform engineers to harden solutions for real-world usage.

- Design, implement, and evaluate ML models with reproducible training and inference pipelines.
- Develop feature engineering workflows and data quality checks with clear documentation.
- Integrate models into services, add telemetry, and automate retraining and rollbacks.
- Conduct experiments and ablation studies to improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.

Essential Requirements
- 8-12 years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and data tooling (Pandas/NumPy).
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to translate requirements into technical tasks.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, or GPU acceleration.
