*Role Overview *: Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for both technical implementation and leading a small team of junior engineers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with large-scale data systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

These are full-time onsite roles at our office located in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Architects to design secure, scalable, and resilient AI system architectures, ensuring solutions are robust and future-proof.
• Design, develop, and deploy entire backend services (APIs, data processing pipelines, and deployment infrastructure) necessary to serve high-performance AI applications to customers
• Providing detailed technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to Junior Engineers to uplift team capabilities and ensure high standards for code quality and performance

What we look for in Candidates

Educational Background and Professional Experience -

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically designing, developing, and deploying solutions utilizing Generative AI models (GenAI)
• Expert proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, coupled with strong engineering skills in either Java or JavaScript/TypeScript for production backend services
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Demonstrated history of being a highly effective team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills
