Senior AI Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team full-time in India

About the role:

As a Senior AI Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for a world-leading professional services organization that specializes in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services. Your work will involve developing innovative software products for clients in the consumer sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to design, develop, and implement a multi-agent AI solution
• Utilize Python, LangChain, and LangGraph to build and integrate AI models capable of interpreting data frames and structured data
• Work with large language models (LLMs) to process and analyze data from SQL databases and CSV or Parquet files
• Ensure the AI agents interpret existing data sets, outputs from modeled data, and curated third-party data sets to derive domain-specific insights
• Develop the AI agents to match the skills and responses of functional experts, serving as the reference benchmark for data interpretation and exploration
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure project milestones are met
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the overall quality of the AI implementation
• Document technical specifications, development processes, and project progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Python programming, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning
• Strong proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, and its applications in AI development
• Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) for data interpretation
• Experience or familiarity with ReAct agent, multi-agents, RAG (vector DBs, multi-source RAG)
• Familiarity with handling and processing structured data, including SQL databases and CSV/Parquet files
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies quickly

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a similar role within an agile development team
• Knowledge of additional AI frameworks and libraries
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Optionally Preferred Skills:
• Experience with nascent agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGPT, BabyAGI, and other emerging technologies in the industry
