Sr. AI Developer

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end, back-end, AI engineering, cloud technologies, and databases, as well as a strong proficiency in Agile development practices and English communication skills.

Technical Skills

 Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

 Strong expertise in front-end technologies: React, Typescript, and Chakra-UI.

 Comprehensive knowledge of back-end frameworks: Python, Fast API, and Pydantic, with experience in REST API design and implementation.

 Hands-on experience in AI Engineering, including LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, OpenAI API integration, and prompt engineering.

 Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and other machine learning libraries.

 Experience with deploying and managing cloud-based applications using AWS.

 Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.

 Agile development experience, with a proven track record of working within distributed teams.

 Excellent command of English for communication, both written and spoken.

Process Skills

 Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

 Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is highly desirable.

Behavioral Skills

 Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, Typescript, and Chakra-UI.

 Design and implement robust back-end solutions with Python, Fast API, and Pydantic, ensuring efficient REST API integration.

 Leverage AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for designing and fine-tuning machine learning models.

Experience And Education Required

 Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
