Job Summary

Appian BPM Developer

Appian Developer

Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications by translating business requirements into functional BPM solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Appian workflows.

Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and support application deployment and maintenance.

Follow Appian best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Require Appian Certified Developer certification to validate foundational Appian development skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development, and deployment of appian applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the appian platform.
3. Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in appian development.
5. Mentor team members on appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in appian solutions and agile processes.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using appian, including building business processes, integrations, and user interfaces.
2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and drive collaboration.

Other Requirements
1.Appian Level 2 Certification or higher is preferred.
