The Delivery Excellence PDM Content team is looking for a Senior Associate to join the program team! Our vision for the future is to deliver excellence, provide greater client value and lower the cost of delivery, through aligning solution and delivery across Advisory, by leveraging Solution Studio and PDM (PwC Delivery Methodology) that is powered by GenAI. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of delivery, innovation, and technology, helping PwC teams deliver with excellence.

The Team Is Responsible For

• Supporting delivery of PwC engagements using Agile/SAFe methodologies via our new delivery framework.
• Understanding the structure of solutions and associated assets (e.g., user stories, personas).
• Knowing the capabilities of Concourse and what assets are needed to fully leverage those capabilities.
• Organizing content effectively within the PDM to support execution of client engagements
• Maintaining consistency and quality across standard engagement delivery maps.
• Collaborating with Practice teams to define standardized engagement models and identify appropriate accelerators, aids, and products.
• Helping refine content to ensure it is Concourse-ready.
• Upholding standards around format, data quality, and consistency, and escalating deviations when necessary.
  
  

Skills Preferred

• Power BI – Experience building interactive dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
• Python – Ability to script or automate processes, perform data analysis, or assist in dashboard integration.
• Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform – Automating repetitive tasks and building low-code apps to enhance team productivity (nice to have)
• Pendo – Familiarity with setting up Pendo communications with the end users within the Concourse ecosystem and familiarity with leveraging product analytics to understand user behavior and improve platform experience.
• SQL – Scripting
