As part of the Quality Engineering team you will conduct manual and automated testing to maintain software quality and identify defects. As a Senior Associate you will mentor junior team members and continuously improve testing processes while collaborating with global teams. This position offers a unique chance to enhance your testing skills and contribute to the development of quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct both manual and automated testing to confirm software quality
• Identify defects and recommend improvements to enhance testing processes
• Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development
• Collaborate with global teams to align testing strategies and objectives
• Continuously improve testing methodologies to increase effectiveness
• Document testing results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Participate in the development of elevated-quality software solutions
• Stay updated on the latest trends in quality engineering and testing
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline
• 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Proficiency in both Manual and Automated testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA processes.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts like Python/C#/ Selenium Web Driver
• Execute test cases, report defects, and track issue resolution through tools like ADO (Azure DevOps).
• Continuously improving test automation processes
• Conducting manual and automated testing
• Understanding data testing and ETLs
• Collaborating with global teams
• Experience in Gen AI testing would be a plus
• Good to have Power Platform testing experience
• Mentoring junior QA team members
