Overview
We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java who can contribute to automation strategy, framework design, and test execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in framework development and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Enhance existing frameworks for scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to understand requirements and define test coverage.
- Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain automation documentation and test reports.
- Mentor junior automation testers and share best practices.
- Stay updated with new automation tools, techniques, and industry trends.
- 6–8 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Proven experience in framework design and development (e.g., Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Hybrid, BDD frameworks using Cucumber).
- Good understanding of OOPs concepts and design patterns in test automation.
- Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with REST API automation (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
- Experience in database validation using SQL.
- Knowledge of performance testing concepts.
