• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through regular meetings, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure design decisions and execution are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular, constructive code reviews to uphold quality standards.
