Your future duties and responsibilities
Area Responsibilities
Integration Development
. Design, develop and configure end to end integrations using Boomi (processes, sub processes, connectors).
. Apply integration patterns – API centric, EDI, event driven, batch, and implement best practice governance.
Data Migration & Transformation
. Prepare, transform, load and reconcile data from legacy HR/Enterprise tools to cloud systems.
. Perform large volume ETL, incremental loads, and CDC where required.
Technical Collaboration
.Translate business requirements into technical specifications with Business Analysts.
. Align integration designs with overall solution architecture together with Solution Architects.
Testing & Quality Assurance
. Conduct unit, integration, performance testing; support UAT.
. Build test scripts, maintain defect tracking logs, and ensure test coverage.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
. Produce design diagrams, process flowcharts, data dictionaries, run books and release notes.
. Provide knowledge transfer and post go live support to Operations/Support teams.
Continuous Improvement
. Identify and implement performance, security, and cost optimizations.
. Keep up to date with Boomi releases, cloud platform features and emerging integration technologies.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Bas and stakeholders to understand requirements and refine solutions.
- Provide inputs on best practices, design standards, and reusable frameworks.
- Support UAT cycles, including defect analysis and fixes.
- Assist in impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Requirement Details
Experience 7–9 years of hands on integration development with a focus on Boomi.
Core Boomi Platform Skills - Process development, sub processes, and custom components.
- Boomi Integration Packs & Connectors (HTTP, SFTP, Database, SAP, Oracle HCM
- Dynamic Process Properties, Decision Logic, and reusable templates.
- Boomi API Management (design, publish, secure, version).
- Data Mapping & Transformation (XML, JSON, CSV) using Boomi Data Process
- Exception handling, error recovery strategies, and environment extensions.
messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus),
batch vs real time integration patterns.
Data Management SQL & NoSQL querying (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB);
data modeling, validation, and reconciliation.
Cloud & SaaS Exposure Basic understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP services (S3, SQS, Lambda, Blob,
Queue, Pub/Sub) and SaaS applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow,
Oracle/SuccessFactors HCM).
Testing & Documentation Ability to design unit/integration tests, support UAT, and produce clear technical
documentation (process diagrams, run books, data dictionaries).
Communication Strong verbal and written skills; comfortable collaborating across cross functional
teams.
Specific Qualifications:
- HR‑System Migration Experience: Direct involvement in PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM Cloud migration projects.
- Mentorship: Coaching junior developers and sharing best practices.

Boomi Skills . Ability to read/write Boomi process specifications, data maps, connector
configurations.
. Familiarity with Boomi API Management, EDI, event driven patterns,

integration.
Data Formats & Stores XML, JSON, CSV; SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL,
