Job Description: Business Analyst- Quality Systems

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements to enhance software functionality
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product features and enhancements
• Facilitate the adoption of SaaS solutions across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Utilize data analysis tools to inform decision-making and improve product performance
• Configure and implement Quality solutions such as Veeva, TrackWise etc.
• Write and execute VQL (Vault Query Language) queries for data analysis and reporting in Veeva Vault systems
• Implement and leverage AI and ML technologies to optimize business processes and enhance product capabilities
• Design and implement AI and ML solutions for Quality processes by working with Vendors and/or internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Quality standards while implementing innovative AI solutions
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI/ML models to enhance Quality operations efficiency
• Nice to have knowledge in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience with applications built on cloud solutions
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and database management systems
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
• Participate in architectural and design discussions
• Guide customers in adopting industry best practices and change management methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, preferably in SaaS environments and business analysis
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and business models
• Proficiency in programming for data analysis and automation
• Experience with AI and ML technologies and their applications in SaaS environments
• Excellent communication skills to bridge communication between stakeholders
• Experience in small SaaS product companies or startups
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Understanding of Quality processes in the medical device industry. (including but not limited to Post Market Surveillance, Audits, CAPA, Quality Engineering, and Field Actions.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
