Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in business analysis, advanced technology stacks, and technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of complex system integrations, APIs, microservices architectures, data-driven decision-making, and cloud platforms. Additionally, this role requires expertise in screening and interviewing Business Analysts to assess their technical and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical interviews for Business Analysts, assessing their knowledge in requirements management, process modeling, and technical documentation
• Work with complex system architectures, understanding data flow, API interactions, and microservices-based integrations
• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions
• Act as a Product Owner proxy, defining Agile backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing tasks for development teams
• Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and system performance using data analytics and BI tools
• Create and maintain detailed BRDs, FRDs, system workflows, wireframes, and process maps
• Ensure seamless integration between business applications, ERP/CRM systems, and third-party APIs
• Leverage data analytics, SQL, and reporting tools to extract insights and drive business strategy
• Work with cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, understanding cloud-native services and data pipelines
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in business analysis, technical documentation, and process optimization
• Proven experience in conducting technical interviews and screening candidates for Business Analyst roles
• Deep knowledge of SQL, data modeling, APIs, microservices, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools, and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), RESTful APIs, and data pipelines
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product owners

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics, automation tools, and RPA
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Certifications: CBAP, CSPO, PMI-PBA, SAFe Agile, AWS/Azure certifications

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: From ₹2,400.00 per hour
