Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our global MAM Digital CoE team where you will collaborate with various stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, and collaborating both with business and technology teams supporting the Macquarie Asset Management group.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements and analysing business processes. Additionally, you will identify key opportunities and risks while collaborating on solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work.
What you offer
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a scrum environment;
- Background in financial services or regulated fields with a strong risk mindset;
- Experience in implementing digital solutions for operational efficiencies;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., process and journey maps, user stories); and
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) and prior exposure to asset management operations (Public and Private) are a plus.
