Job Description Summary

The (Senior) Business Analyst supports Asia Pacific Sales leaders by analyzing revenue data, sales pipelines, and market insights to identify opportunities and enhance sales outcomes. The role provides tailored insights, maintains intelligence on target pursuits, and develops solutions to improve pipeline performance. It also collaborates globally to share best practices and drive sales effectiveness.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Stakeholder Management and Consultation – collaborate with regional sales leaders and other stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges and needs. Act as a trusted advisor by translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and initiatives
  • Sales Data Analysis and Insights – collect, prepare and analyze sales and revenue data to generate meaningful insights. Focus on identifying trends, diagnosing issues in the sales pipeline, and providing recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement – map, analyze and document sales processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement enhancements to improve pipeline management, win rates and client engagement.
  • Market Research and Innovation – conduct external research on industry best practice, competitor strategies and emerging technologies. Explore innovative solutions, including tools and technologies, to enhance sales processes and strategies.
  • Pipeline and Project Management – support the tracking and management of sales pipelines to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely progress through the pipeline.
  • Collaboration with Business Enablement Teams – partner with the business enablement teams to enhance brand awareness, improve conversion rates, and drive impactful campaigns. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance and opportunities effectively.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – maintain updated documentation of processes, insights and project outcomes. Share best practices and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in data analysis and insight generation.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Ability to research and integrate best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
  • 4-8 years’ experience in data analytics, sales operations, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interest in sales strategies, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making
