About the Role:
- Stakeholder Management and Consultation – collaborate with regional sales leaders and other stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges and needs. Act as a trusted advisor by translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and initiatives
- Sales Data Analysis and Insights – collect, prepare and analyze sales and revenue data to generate meaningful insights. Focus on identifying trends, diagnosing issues in the sales pipeline, and providing recommendations to optimize performance.
- Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement – map, analyze and document sales processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement enhancements to improve pipeline management, win rates and client engagement.
- Market Research and Innovation – conduct external research on industry best practice, competitor strategies and emerging technologies. Explore innovative solutions, including tools and technologies, to enhance sales processes and strategies.
- Pipeline and Project Management – support the tracking and management of sales pipelines to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely progress through the pipeline.
- Collaboration with Business Enablement Teams – partner with the business enablement teams to enhance brand awareness, improve conversion rates, and drive impactful campaigns. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance and opportunities effectively.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – maintain updated documentation of processes, insights and project outcomes. Share best practices and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in data analysis and insight generation.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management.
- Ability to research and integrate best practices and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
- 4-8 years’ experience in data analytics, sales operations, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Interest in sales strategies, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making
