Job Description

• Marine domain preferred, with sailing background highly desirable
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Marine ERP domain.
• Sailing experience or hands-on experience in a crewing/payroll department in a ship management company.
• Familiarity with IMO, MLC, GDPR and STCW regulations is a strong plus.
• Collaborate with crewing managers, payroll teams, and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Translate maritime domain knowledge into functional specifications for ERP development.
• Lead workshops and discussions with vessel crew (if required) and shore departments to understand pain points and expectations.
• Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and user stories, particularly for Crewing, Payroll, Contracts, and Welfare modules.
• Provide domain expertise and input into the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and UX designers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.
• Assist with UAT, training sessions, and user onboarding.
• Continuously improve ERP usability and functionality based on user feedback.
