Overview

Position: Business Analyst
Domain: Omni Core Transactions, Omni Cash, Annuities
Nice to Have: Database (DB) knowledge
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 Years
CTC: Upto ₹28 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements in the Omni Core Transactions and Omni Cash domains.
• Work on Annuities products to define and document functional and technical specifications.
• Liaise with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting; experience with Databases is a strong plus.
• Facilitate UAT and support project implementation phases.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis
• Deep understanding of Omni Core Transactions, Omni Cash systems.
• Familiarity with Annuities and related financial products.
• Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Database/SQL knowledge (Nice to have for data extraction and analysis)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
