Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join Macquarie Asset Management’s (MAM) Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) team where you will have an opportunity to work in a global and dynamic environment. Our team collaborates with stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, particularly with business and technology teams supporting the Macquarie Asset Management group.

What You Offer
- 9-12 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a scrum environment
- Background in financial services or regulated fields with a strong risk mindset
- Experience in implementing digital solutions for operational efficiencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., process and journey maps, user stories)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) and prior exposure to asset management operations (Public and Private) are advantageous
