Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and cross-functional team management. The role involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, support product development, and ensure successful project execution in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure alignment of product features with business goals.
• Prepare and present project updates, progress metrics, and relevant documentation to executive stakeholders and ensure transparency in communication.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to support the execution of the product roadmap and daily product operations using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with the Tech Lead to estimate effort, prioritize tasks, and allocate them efficiently across the development team while ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between development, QA, UI/UX, and training teams, resolve cross-team dependencies, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of product features.
• Develop comprehensive user documentation, training manuals, and knowledge base articles.
• Supervise and support the training team in executing user training programs.
• Created Impactful Presentations, Proposals, Concept notes and Scope documents

Key Skills Required:-

• Strong experience working in Agile teams using Jira or similar project management tools.-
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in documenting business processes, user requirements, and training guides.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and align development efforts with business objectives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good to have:

• Experience working in EdTech, GovTech, or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Exposure in formulating/understanding of Government RFPs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
