Your future duties and responsibilities

• Requirement Elicitation & Analysis:
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Document user stories, use cases, and process flows (BPMN, UML).
• Solution Design & Validation:
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable software solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and constraints.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards (if applicable).
• Project Management Support:
• Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment.
• Track and report on project progress, blockers, and key milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.
• Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Define test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are met before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation/optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and SaaS/enterprise software projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or LucidChart.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data analysis (preferred).
• Experience with ETL, Datawarehouse
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Domain knowledge in Banking
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or process automation (RPA).
